The rim production process ends with a test cycle. Tests are carried out:

• tensile
• radial runout (permissible deviations are up to 0.8mm) and dynamic balancing,
• corrosion resistance,
• X-ray diagnostics of structure integrity and absence of microcracks are performed.

The varnish coating is also evaluated. The rims are subjected to a load test. The tightness is checked for 100% production. Only rims that have passed all the above mentioned tests are placed on the market.
