Vitara II generation was created on the SX4 S-Cross floor plate with which, apart from the plate, it shares some technical solutions, drive on both axles and engines. The base concept of the model is based on the IV-4, which was officially presented at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2013. Thanks to the self-supporting body and all-wheel drive with the AllGrip system, the car performs well in all conditions. This type of drive on roads with good grip uses only one axle, while the other starts automatically when it detects slippage or lack of grip of one of the wheels, this system also has the option of switching on the drive on both axles. An additional advantage is the personalization of the interior: interchangeable panels available in four body colors. In total, it gives the possibility of 15 color combinations. The car can be optionally equipped with active cruise control with emergency braking system, multimedia system with a touch screen or a panoramic two-part roof.
