COMPETITION WEBSITE

§1. General Provisions

1. These rules (hereinafter: the „Rules”) define the terms and conditions of participation in the competition (hereinafter: the „Competition”).
2. The Competition is organized by LadneFelgi.pl Ewelina Taraszkiewicz Spółka Komandytowa, Łokietka 86 E, 16-400 Suwałki (Poland), NIP: PL8442360946, REGON: 368612413, KRS 701439 (hereinafter: the „Organizer”).
3. The Organizer is also the sponsor of the prizes.
4. The Competition is conducted within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
5. The Competition is not a game of chance, raffle, mutual bet, or promotional lottery within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on Gambling Games.
6. The Competition is conducted from 01.03.2026 at 00:01 until 31.07.2026 r. godz. 23:59 (hereinafter: the „Competition Period”). The results will be announced on 27.08.2026 r..

§2. Participants

1. A Competition participant (hereinafter: the „Participant”) may only be a natural person who:
   1. is at least 18 years old and has full legal capacity,
   2. resides within the territory of the Republic of Poland,
   3. has accepted the provisions of these Rules.

§3. Rules of Participation

1. The Competition is addressed exclusively to customers of the Organizer’s online store available at www.ladnefelgi.pl, who have purchased wheels from the Organizer’s store. Both persons who made a purchase before the start of the Competition (including in 2020) and persons who make a purchase during the Competition Period may participate.
2. To participate in the Competition, the Participant must perform the following actions (hereinafter: the „Competition Entry”):
   1. take a photograph showing a car fitted with wheels purchased from the Organizer’s store (hereinafter: the „Competition Work”),
   2. send the Competition Work to the Organizer by e-mail to: konkurs@ladnefelgi.pl,
   3. title the e-mail: „Competition”,
   4. provide contact details: first and last name, and e-mail address or telephone number.
3. Each Participant may submit a maximum of one Competition Entry.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to verify compliance with the participation requirements, in particular by requesting proof of purchase of wheels from the Organizer’s store by providing the order number or proof of purchase. Failure to provide the requested information within the time limit indicated by the Organizer may result in exclusion from the Competition.
5. The Competition Entry may not:
   1. infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights or image rights,
   2. contain vulgar, offensive, discriminatory content or content contrary to good morals or law.
6. By submitting a Competition Entry, the Participant declares that:
   1. they are the sole author of the Competition Work and hold full copyright to it,
   2. they have obtained the consent of all persons visible in the photograph for the dissemination of their image to the extent specified in §7 of the Rules,
   3. the Competition Work does not infringe the rights of third parties.
7. Incomplete entries, entries submitted after the deadline, or entries not complying with the Rules may be rejected by the Organizer without the obligation to inform the Participant of the reason for rejection.

§4. Selection of Winners

1. From among all correctly submitted Competition Works, the Management Board of the Organizer will select 10 (ten) best Competition Works (hereinafter: the „Top 10”).
2. The selection referred to in §4 section 1 of the Rules shall be based on a qualitative assessment made by the Management Board of the Organizer, taking into account in particular:
   1. aesthetic value of the Competition Work,
   2. technical quality and composition of the photograph,
   3. creativity and manner of vehicle presentation,
   4. usefulness of the Competition Work as advertising and promotional material for the Organizer.
3. The assessment made by the Management Board is of an expert nature and is final at the stage of selecting the Top 10. The selection is not random.
4. The selected Top 10 will be published in a competition post on the Organizer’s official Facebook profile: https://www.facebook.com/LadneFelgi on 10.08.2026.
5. The order of presentation of the Top 10 in the competition post will depend on the date of submission. The Top 10 will be published in the order of submission (from earliest to latest).
6. From among the published Top 10 photographs, Facebook users will select the best entries (hereinafter: „First Prize Winner”, „Second Prize Winner”, „Third Prize Winner”).
7. From the publication of the competition post until 24.08.2026 at 23:59, Facebook users may vote by clicking the „Like” button under a specific photograph in the competition post.
8. Only a „Like” click (not other reactions, comments, or shares) will be considered a valid vote.
9. The ranking will be determined by the number of valid “Like” reactions recorded under a given photograph within the period specified in the Rules. The photograph with the highest number of reactions will receive first place, followed respectively by second and third place.
10. In the event of an equal number of likes for two or more Participants, the winner will be decided by the vote of the Organizer’s Management Board based on the qualitative assessment referred to in §4 section 2.
11. Voting takes place exclusively on Facebook, on the Organizer’s profile.
12. Likes from fake accounts, bots, or accounts created solely for voting purposes may be rejected.
13. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the fairness of voting. In case of irregularities (e.g., purchase of likes, automated reactions), the Organizer may invalidate votes or exclude the Participant.
14. The Organizer’s decision regarding vote verification and prize awarding is final and not subject to appeal.

§5. Prizes

1. The main prize for the First Prize Winner is: a weekend stay in Masuria in the village of Kal (near Węgorzewo, Poland) in the „LAKEVIEW Prestige Apartments” apartment (hereinafter: the „Main Prize”).
2. The prize for the Second and Third Prize Winners is: a K2 brand car cosmetics set (hereinafter: the „Additional Prize”).
3. The results of the Competition will be announced on the Organizer’s Facebook profile https://www.facebook.com/LadneFelgi no later than 27.08.2026.
4. Redemption of the Main Prize (reservation of the apartment stay) will take place in agreement with the Organizer. The prize may be used exclusively in September 2026, on a date agreed between the Winner and the Organizer, subject to availability.
5. The Additional Prize will be shipped at the Organizer’s expense to the address indicated by the Winner.
6. The Main Prize and the Additional Prize are not exchangeable for cash or other goods.
7. Transfer of the right to the Main Prize or Additional Prize to third parties is not permitted.

§6. Liability

1. The Organizer shall not be liable for:
   1. technical issues beyond its control (e.g., network failures, e-mail inbox issues, social media platform failures),
   2. entries not received on time or received late due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control,
   3. infringement of copyrights or personal rights of third parties by Participants. The Participant bears full responsibility for such infringements.
2. The Participant bears sole responsibility for the truthfulness of the declarations referred to in §3 section 4.
3. The Organizer shall not be liable for the Participant’s failure to comply with these Rules, in particular if the Competition Entry content is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, is contrary to good morals, or describes situations that may endanger the health or life of people or animals.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to pursue claims for any damages incurred as a result of a Participant’s failure to meet the requirements specified in §6 section 3.
5. The Participant assumes full responsibility for any third-party claims directed against the Organizer.
6. The Organizer shall not be liable for the inability to collect a prize due to reasons attributable to the Participant.

§7. Copyright and Image Rights

1. Upon submission of the Competition Entry, the Participant confirms that they hold full copyright. At the same time, the Participant transfers to the Organizer all aforementioned economic copyrights for use of the Competition Work in the Organizer’s publications (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, website, advertising materials, and others).
2. The transfer of copyrights is granted for an indefinite period, without territorial limitation, including the right to modify the Work.
3. The Participant consents to the use of their name (or social media nickname) when publishing the Competition Work as the author.
4. If the photograph contains the image of other persons, the Participant guarantees that they have obtained their consent for free dissemination by the Organizer under the terms specified in this paragraph and bears responsibility for the lack of such consent.

§8. Personal Data Protection (RODO)

1. The controller of Participants’ personal data is LadneFelgi.pl Ewelina Taraszkiewicz Spółka Komandytowa (hereinafter: the „Controller”).
2. Participants’ personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Competition, contacting Participants, publishing results, and awarding prizes.
3. Participants have the right to access their data, rectify, delete, or restrict processing — within the limits provided by law.

§9. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the Competition may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s address with the note: „LadneFelgi.pl Competition: Weekend in Masuria”.
2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of receipt.

§10. Final Provisions

1. The Rules are available throughout the Competition Period at the Competition website and at the Organizer’s registered office.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Rules during the Competition only for important legal or organizational reasons, provided that such changes do not infringe the acquired rights of Participants. Information about changes will be announced in the same manner as the Rules.
3. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law.
4. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Rules.
