The production process of rims ends with a cycle of tests. The tests are carried out:
- stretchability,
- radial beating and dynamic balancing,
- corrosion resistance,
- diagnostic is performed with X-ray apparatus of structural integrity and lack of microcracks.
The paint coating is also evaluated. The rims are subjected to a strength test under load. The tightness is checked for 100% of production. Only rims that pierced all the above mentioned tests are placed on the market.

Aluminum wheels RacingLine is a brand known throughout Europe since 2008. The factories are certified in accordance with international ISO quality management standards. Rims are characterized by high quality. Most of the production processes are completely automated. Thanks to the low-pressure casting method, the liquid metal fills the mold exactly. This minimizes the chance of air bubbles forming which negatively affect the strength of the material.
Paints used to finish the rim do not deteriorate during impact, are resistant to corrosion, do not react with aggressive road substances (applies to rims without polished elements). Advanced low-pressure die cast technologies combined with international automotive industry standards enable us to produce reliable products.

Summer tires are made of a special compound that is harder compared to winter tires. Summer temperatures and contact with asphalt make it slightly softer and perfectly adapt to the surface. The construction of summer tires reduces rolling resistance and significantly translates into fuel savings.
Tires are described with parameters that can be found, among others, on the sidewall of the tires. There you will find the width in millimeters, the profile (the percentage ratio of the height of the tire to its width) and the diameter of the rim on which the tire can be mounted in the form of, for example, 215/55 / R16. You must remember that an incorrect fit can hinder driving and in extreme cases it will immobilize the car. However, if you decide to invest in a set of rims + tires, you can be sure that it will be tailored to your car.
Each tire has its own label from which you can read its basic parameters: rolling resistance, braking on a wet surface, or the number of decibels. Rolling resistance is the effect of tires on the fuel consumption of a car. It is marked with letters from "A" to "G", and the difference between fuel consumption is approx. 7.5%. The braking performance on a wet surface is marked with the letters "A" - "F". It is up to the braking distance of your car on a wet surface. The decibel number indicates the noise level the tire produces.
Tech specs:
The model:determines the appearance of the rim. By entering the model in the LadneFelgi.pl store search engine, you can search for rims in different colors and with other parameters.
Size: is the diameter of the rim in inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm). Possible sizes are predetermined by the car manufacturer. It is not allowed to use smaller rims than provided by the manufacturer.
Rim width: is measured between the rim flanges. The dimension is in inches. When choosing tires, take into account the width of the rim and the car manufacturer's recommendations.
Wheel PCD: determines the number and spacing of mounting holes. This is the diameter of the circle with the centers of these mounting holes. The diameter of the circle is given in millimeters.
ET, offset: is not a strictly defined parameter, such as spacing. It depends on the width of the rim. ET is given in mm. The smaller the offset, the more the rim is, which increases the wheelbase, positively influencing the car's stability. The service book or ASO provides only the parameters of the currently installed rims.
Center bore: it is the dimension of the rim center hole diameter given in mm. If the car has a smaller hub diameter, centering rings are used. The ring is used to center the rim in relation to the car's hub. After screwing it, no force acts on it. It is a safe solution used by all rim manufacturers.
Color: determines the colors in which the offered item was made. Pictures are taken under natural lighting.
