16-inch 5x160 alloy wheels

If you drive a Ford Transit (especially RWD/HD versions from 2006) or are building a camper, passenger van, or service van based on one, the 5x160 wheel spacing is exactly what you need. The 16-inch diameter provides a higher tire profile, better damping, and real edge protection under everyday loads. We design our rims up to 5x160 with stability under load , secure hub mounting , and certified safety in mind—so your vehicle operates confidently in the city and on the road.

5x160 16" – what does this designation mean?

"16" is the rim diameter in inches, i.e., the dimension of the rim on which the tire sits. "5x160" indicates that the rim has five mounting holes evenly distributed around a 160 mm diameter circle (PCD). Besides PCD and diameter, other key parameters include ET (offset) , CB (center bore diameter) , and load capacity – these determine correct wheel seating, vibration-free performance, and legal axle load. On five-hole rims, the PCD can be initially verified by measuring from the center of one hole to the outer edge of the diagonal hole and comparing it with the PCD table; for 5x160 , the result will be closer to 160 mm.

Why our 16" 5x160 rims are a safe choice

We prioritize safety and quality : rims undergo runout and balance inspections, have clearly defined load-bearing capacities , and are protected by a multi-layer paint coating resistant to salt and micro-scratches. Production is carried out in accordance with the IATF 16949 standard, and their durability is confirmed by VIA and JWL certificates. During the selection stage, we verify ET, CB, PCD 5x160, TPMS compliance, and brake clearances to ensure the set sits evenly in the wheel arch, avoids vibrations, and is ready for operation from the first kilometer. If you provide the model, year, and type of installation, we will prepare "certain" parameters and recommended tire size to ensure a perfect fit and trouble-free operation of the 16" 5x160 .
