RETURN AND EXCHANGE
As a consumer and our client, you have the right to return without giving any reason or replace the product purchased on LadneFelgi.pl within 14 days. The right to withdraw from a distance contract is available only to natural persons (including sole proprietorship - the purchase is not related to its business activity). In the case of companies, it is possible to replace the product with another.
When is it possible to withdraw from the contract? For example, if you make a mistake, change your mind, or the product just doesn't meet your expectations.
PROCESS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT / EXCHANGE OF GOODS

If you want, you can fill in the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. (Click here to download the form template). After receiving your information, we will accept your application.
We are waiting for the return of products. Read how to prepare a package for shipment. Use the bill of lading generated by us and included in the package. Book a courier visit on the UPS website or visit the nearest field office.

Refund / exchange of goods
The funds will be returned to you using the same payment method you chose when placing the order (unless you choose a different solution).
We will start the process of replacing it with another predefined product. In the case of importing goods from an external warehouse, the waiting time may be longer.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by you other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us in accordance with Article 33), immediately, and in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
LadneFelgi.pl may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until proof of its return is provided to us, whichever occurs first.
Please send back or hand over the product to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Pursuant to Art. 34 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on the protection of consumer rights, the consumer is responsible to the seller for reducing the value of the item due to its inappropriate use. He has the right to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in such a way that he could do it in a stationary store. However, he cannot use things unlimitedly. If he does, the entrepreneur has the right to charge him with additional costs due to the reduction in the value of the goods.
Pursuant to Art. 38. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside the business premises or at a distance is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts:
3. in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs; (This applies to aluminum rims that do not have mounting holes. They are made at the request of the consumer for a dedicated car. This rule also applies to enlarging the centering hole additionally made at the request of the consumer.)
HOW TO PREPARE A PACKAGE FOR RETURN?
Before we proceed with the refund, the goods that are in your possession must be returned to our central warehouse. Parcels come back to us in different conditions and, unfortunately, sometimes they are damaged in transport. Therefore, please follow the instructions below. If the tires are mounted on the rims, you may be charged additional costs due to a reduction in the value of the goods *. Clean the rims before returning the goods. Remember that the vulcanizer should pull the tires off without leaving any traces on the rims.

Pack the goods as you received them. Put a plastic rim on the rim rims. Wrap the rim in foil and secure it with a fleece. It is important that the front does not come into direct contact with the cardboard. During transport, the rims will be subjected to constant shocks, and such protection will avoid damage to the paintwork.
Such as nuts, bolts, spacers, valves, sensors
and other things that may move during transport, securely secure and put in the corner of the carton. It is quite important because poorly secured screws, for example, can scatter all over the box and very often damage the rim.
If possible, pack the rims in the same cartons in which they were sent. Break off previous shipping labels. If you received combined cardboard boxes from us (1 package = 2 rims) - send them back to us in the same way as you received. Carefully glue the two cartons together with a large amount of tape so that they do not come apart and get lost during transport.
