The right to withdraw from a distance contract

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

You have the right to return products purchased on LadneFelgi.pl without giving any reason within 14 days. As a consumer and our customer , you have the right to return without giving any reason or exchange the product purchased on LadneFelgi.pl within 14 days . The right to withdraw from a distance contract is available only to natural persons (including sole proprietorship - the purchase is not related to its business activity ). In the case of companies, it is possible to exchange the product for another one.

THE PROCESS OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT / REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

Registration. Let us know that you want to withdraw from the concluded contract.
Inform customer service that you want to withdraw from the concluded contract. Fill out the model withdrawal form , put it in the package with the returned goods, please also send information to the following address: biuro@ladnefelgi.pl . Order number in the subject of the message. You will find it in e-mails, under the barcode on the VAT invoice, at the bottom of the receipt marked as "sys number". After receiving the information, we will accept your application.

Return the products to us. You can generate the lists yourself. Returning a product without a label.
We are awaiting the return of the products. Read how to prepare a package for return. Remember that you are responsible for the condition of the returned goods and its improper protection will lead to its damage.

You do not need to print the label and stick it on the package. You can generate waybills yourself, using a convenient online form available on the website of the DPD courier company. Enter your details, the reason for the return and choose the method of collection (from your home / Pickup point). Important information: fill in the form as many times as you have parcels ( 4 parcels = 4 waybills ).

If you choose to return via our courier , you will incur the cost of returning the goods , which is PLN 100 gross. Of course, you can also deliver the goods to us yourself.

3. The procedure for returning / exchanging goods on LadneFelgi.pl

We will refund you. Refund / exchange of goods
The funds (reduced by the possible cost of the return order - PLN 100 gross) will be returned to you using the same payment method you chose when placing the order, unless you choose a different solution.

We will exchange your product for another one We will start the exchange process for another predetermined product. In the case of importing goods from an external warehouse, the waiting time may be longer.

CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from the type of delivery chosen by you other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us in accordance with Article 33), immediately, and in in any case, no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return.

The LadneFelgi.pl company may withhold the return of the payment until receipt of the goods or until you provide us with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.

Please send back or hand over the product to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

According to Art. 34 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on the protection of consumer rights, the consumer is liable to the seller for reducing the value of the item due to its improper use. He has the right to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in a way that he could do in a stationary store. However, he cannot use things unlimitedly. If he does so, the entrepreneur has the right to charge him additional costs due to the reduction in the value of the goods.

Pursuant to Art. 38. The right to withdraw from an off-premises or remote contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts: in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs; (This applies to aluminum rims that do not have mounting holes. They are made at the request of the consumer for a dedicated car. This rule also applies to enlarging the centering hole additionally made at the request of the consumer and ready wheels that are mounted / balanced at the individual request of the customer.)

HOW TO PREPARE A PACKAGE FOR RETURN?

Before we proceed with the refund, the goods that are with you must be returned to our central warehouse. Parcels come back to us in different states and sometimes get damaged in transit. Therefore, we kindly ask you to follow the instructions below. If tires are mounted on rims, you may be charged additional costs due to the reduction in the value of the goods*. If tires have been mounted on the rims, clean the rims before returning the goods. Remember that the vulcanizer should remove the tires without leaving any marks on the rims.

How to prepare a package for return at LadneFelgi.pl? Pack the rims the way you received them.

Rims:
pack the goods as you received them. Secure the rim with a non-woven fabric, then put a plastic rim on the rim, wrap it in foil and place it in a cardboard box. It is important that the front does not come into direct contact with the cardboard. During transport, the rims move, which causes damage to the paint coating.

How to prepare a package for return at LadneFelgi.pl? Secure all accessories carefully and place them in the corner of the carton.

Accessories:
such as nuts, bolts, spacers, valves, sensors
and other things that may move during transport, carefully secure and put in the corner of the carton. This is quite important, because poorly secured screws, for example, can scatter all over the cardboard and very often damage the rim.

How to prepare a package for return at LadneFelgi.pl? Pack the rims in the same cartons they were shipped in.

cartons:
if possible, pack the rims in the same cartons in which they were shipped. Tear off the previous send labels. If you have received combined cartons from us (1 package = 2 rims) - send them back to us in the same way as you received them. Glue the two cartons together carefully with a lot of tape so that they do not fall apart and do not get lost in transport.
