The advanced process of manufacturing forged wheels consists of several stages:

    1. The production of forged wheels uses high-quality 6061-T6 aerospace-grade aluminum alloy. This material is known for its high strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent mechanical properties. It is widely used in aviation, military, shipbuilding, and bridge construction.
    2. The molten aluminum alloy is first poured into molds. It is then forged under extreme pressure of several thousand tons. This results in a uniform, high-density structure that enhances strength and resistance to cracking or deformation.
    3. The next step involves machining the wheel on advanced CNC machines, allowing for precise dimensions, perfect balancing, and an immaculate appearance.
    4. After machining, the wheel undergoes a heat treatment process (known as T6 hardening), where the metal is heated to a specific temperature and then cooled in a controlled manner. This process significantly increases mechanical strength and fatigue resistance.
