The owner of the legendary Mercedes W124 300CE-24 asked us for help finding new rims for his car. After trying on dozens of models with varying specifications, it turned out that none of the standard ones fit – the reason was the large brake calipers installed at the factory on this model. The client opted for custom-made rims. A few measurements and photos were enough to create a new forged rim design that fits the Mercedes from scratch.
For this project, we designed 18-inch,7.5-inch -wide rims that perfectly complement the bodywork, maintaining the proportions of a classic coupe. With a 5x112 bolt pattern and 35mm ET , the rims were precisely matched to the vehicle's technical specifications, guaranteeing not only a perfect look but also safety and driving comfort. The 66.6mm center bore allowed for a perfect fit with the hub. The visual complement is a Silver Polished Lip finish – classic silver with a polished lip perfectly complements the W124's lines, adding prestige and a subtle sporty touch.

Among our custom forged wheel projects, a noteworthy one is the one we created for the owner of a luxurious 2007 Bentley Continental GT. During the consultation phase, it became clear that the client was dissatisfied with the original Mansory forged wheels currently installed on the car. The vehicle's 2.35 tons of weight placed a strain on the wheels, requiring frequent balancing. The client was keen to retain the original wheel design while increasing their load-bearing capacity . Our engineers were able to design identical wheels in a reinforced version , as shown in the technical drawing. The new forged wheels for the Bentley feature reinforced, thicker spokes , which translates into increased durability.
This elegant Bentley is fitted with 22-inch diameter, 10-inch wide wheels with an ET30 fitment, 5x112 bolt pattern, and a 57.1 mm center bore. The Black and Polished Face alloy wheel finish perfectly complements the Bentley Continental GT's lines. Original Mansory center caps , imported at the customer's request directly from the German manufacturer, complete the look.

The owner of a dynamic Porsche Macan (2022) approached us with a specific challenge: he wanted to retain the sporty and elegant character of the original rims, while also achieving significantly higher quality workmanship, durability, and precise fit . Despite their decent aesthetics, the standard rims didn't meet all expectations in terms of technical parameters and visual potential.
That's why we opted for a custom forged wheel design —designed from scratch based on an original design, but manufactured using the best aluminum processing technologies. The owner of a ground-up Chevrolet Corvette C3 Coupe approached us at a stage when most people haven't even considered wheels. The car is being built practically from scratch, and it was clear from the outset that standard solutions were out of the question. The classic C3 body combined with the Chevrolet Corvette C7 drivetrain means completely different technical requirements – from the braking system, to the axle width, to the final suspension geometry.
After analyzing the design, it became clear that no standard wheel would be able to accommodate this configuration. Therefore, the client opted for custom-made wheels. Based on detailed measurements, technical documentation, and visualizations of the car under construction, we created a custom forged wheel design from scratch, fully tailored to this unique Corvette.
In this project, it was crucial not only to ensure a perfect fit with the hub and braking system, but also to maintain the appropriate proportions relative to the wide, classic wheel arches of the C3. The design was completely customized – from the spoke design, through the technical parameters, to the finishing details – so that the final wheel emphasizes both the character of the classic American legend and the modern technology hidden under the hood.
The car is still under construction and has a long way to go before it hits the road. However, it's already clear that the combination of the C3's silhouette, the C7's drivetrain, and the custom-designed rims will be truly impressive. We opted for a custom forged wheel design , inspired by the original design, but manufactured using technology that significantly surpasses traditional cast wheels. How are forged rims made?
Forged wheels are manufactured using high-quality aircraft- grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy . This material is characterized by high strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent mechanical properties. It is used in aviation, the military, and ship and bridge construction . A forged wheel has a dense, uniform crystalline structure, free of air bubbles and defects. The difference in weight between forged and cast rims
Forged wheels are typically lighter than cast wheels while maintaining the same load-bearing capacity and similar parameters. This difference stems directly from the production technology. In cast wheels, liquid aluminum is poured into a mold, and the material's structure has a more random, less dense arrangement. To achieve adequate strength, designers must use more material, meaning thicker spokes and a more robust structure. This automatically increases weight.
