Self-sealing tires - Pirelli Seal Inside and Continental Contiseal.

The latest solution to the puncture problem is self-sealing tires. The principle is the same across all tire manufacturers; solutions differ in the specific materials used, such as an additional layer of viscous filler under the tread or inside the tire. This coating allows for the spontaneous "PATCHING" of damage no larger than 5 mm, which is the most common type of damage, such as punctures caused by nails, glass, or sharp stones. This system will function whether you remove an object stuck in the tire or leave it in the tread. After removing a nail, for example, the coating will seal the puncture site by pushing out the sealant. This solution works immediately, so much so that in many cases, you won't even be aware of the damage. Importantly, it doesn't affect your driving experience.
