Nut 1/2"xUNF (20 zwoi/cal) Cone for wheels – secure and safe wheel fastening
Nut is a commonly used mounting element in vehicles, responsible for the correct and stable connection between the wheel and the hub. The nuts you use to fasten the wheel are very important for driving safety. Nut with a thread diameter of 1/2", thread pitch of UNF (20 zwoi/cal), and a mounting surface of Cone is ideal for fitting alloy wheels, depending on the vehicle model. When choosing nut mounting, it is worth choosing durable products that are resistant to heavy loads, changing road conditions and repeated installation.
Conical, ball-seat and flat-washer Nut – which ones fit your wheels?
Nut must be correctly matched to the vehicle and the wheel. Check the wheels and make sure your vehicle has studs that are tightened with mounting nuts, then choose the appropriate nut. When replacing nuts with non-factory ones, you should follow the requirements of the vehicle and wheel manufacturer.
Strength class 8.8 and workmanship quality – why must wheel nut be durable?
The answer is simple: the higher the strength class of the material from which the nut is made, the higher its tensile strength and resistance to deformation.
In the automotive and aerospace industries, where safety is very important, nut with higher strength classes are used. These nut have been manufactured in strength class 8.8 , which guarantees excellent mechanical and physical properties - such as high tensile strength and high resistance to deformation. A lower value of this parameter may mean that the nut could break or its thread could be damaged.
The strength classes of nuts in Poland are standardized by the PN-M-82084 standard, which distinguishes 10 strength classes (min. – 3.6, max. – 12.9). The higher the number, the stronger and harder the nut is. This means you can be sure that nut can be safely used for fitting wheels to your vehicle.
Chrome mounting nut
An important feature of nuts is their corrosion resistance. Our nut have been covered with a thin layer of chrome - a solution that combines functionality with aesthetics. They are ideal wherever appearance, high gloss and scratch resistance matter. Our chrome nut offer a very good price-to-quality ratio.

Safe installation - practical tips from LadneFelgi.pl
➡ Wrench size for tightening nuts – 19.➡ Nut are best tightened using a torque wrench, which ensures the correct clamping force. ➡ The wheel tightening torque recommended by the manufacturer can be found in the vehicle owner's manual. ➡ If nuts are tightened too weakly, this may cause steering wheel vibration. Ignoring this may lead to the nuts coming loose and the wheel falling off. ➡ If nuts are tightened too strongly, the thread may be damaged. ➡ Remember to tighten the wheels in a cross pattern to distribute the tightening force evenly. ➡ After driving 100 km, their tightening torque should be checked again to make sure the nut have not loosened.
