The specification defines the quality system requirements for products in the field of design or development, production, installation and service in the automotive industry. The factories where RacingLine alloy wheels are produced are certified in accordance with international ISO quality management standards. Most of the production processes are fully automated . Thanks to the low-pressure casting method, the liquid metal fills the mold accurately. This minimizes the chance of air bubbles forming, which adversely affects the strength of the material. Advanced low-pressure die casting technologies in combination with the international standards of the automotive industry enable the production of reliable products - high-quality RacingLine alloy wheels.

Fit Guarantee

We are constantly developing our offer and updating the database so that you can easily choose rims for your car model. If you find your model in the "Fit Guarantee" list, you can be sure that you are buying the right rims . However, if you have any doubts or questions, please contact our Customer Service Department , where you will receive answers to most of your questions.

We select alloywheels according to the parameters of catalog manufacturers. For some car models or rims, it is necessary to use spacers, ampoule screws / nuts, which you can easily find in our store in the "Accessories" tab

The risk of error is small, but before assembly, check that the rims fit the car, do not have deviations, do not rub against the suspension elements and do not protrude beyond the wheel arch. It is important to verify the goods BEFORE mounting the tires on the rims. Tire fitting is unnecessary and will prevent the correct diagnosis of the product. You should try on the alloy wheels on both axles of the vehicle. However, if you visit a service / workshop, inform the vulcanizer to perform the above steps first.

ET, offset: is not a strictly defined parameter, such as spacing. It depends on the width of the rim. ET is given in mm. The smaller the offset, the more the rim is, which increases the wheelbase, positively influencing the car's stability. The service book or ASO provides only the parameters of the currently installed rims.

tip

Center bore: it is the dimension of the rim center hole diameter given in mm. If the car has a smaller hub diameter, centering rings are used. The ring is used to center the rim in relation to the car's hub. After screwing it, no force acts on it. It is a safe solution used by all rim manufacturers.
