Bolt M12x1.25 Płaska podkładka for wheels – secure and safe wheel fastening
Bolt is a commonly used mounting element in vehicles, responsible for the correct and stable connection between the wheel and the hub. The bolts you use to fasten the wheel are very important for driving safety. Bolt with a thread diameter of M12, thread pitch of 1.25, working thread length of 24 mm, and a mounting surface of Płaska podkładka is ideal for fitting alloy wheels, depending on the vehicle model. When choosing bolt mounting , it is worth choosing durable products that are resistant to heavy loads, changing road conditions and repeated installation.
Conical, ball-seat and flat-washer Bolt – which ones fit your wheels?
Bolt are selected according to the vehicle parameters, such as thread diameter and thread pitch, while the length and mounting surface must be matched to the wheel. Incorrect selection may result in improper wheel fastening, wheel runout, damage to the mounting seat or the wheel becoming loose while driving.

bolt length 24 mm – why does it matter?
In the case of mounting bolts, length matters. The working thread length of this product is 24 mm, which means that when choosing bolts, you must take into account the wheel design, hub depth and spacer thickness, if spacers are used. If the bolt turns out to be too short, there is a risk that the wheel may loosen while driving. On the other hand, if the bolt is too long, it may protrude and corrode, and in extreme cases it may damage brake system components. Correctly selected wheel mounting bolt ensure safe seating of the wheel on the hub, proper clamping force and driving stability. Recommended minimum thread engagement depth and number of turns depending on thread diameter and thread pitch: min. 8 turns, approx. 10 mm thread engagement length.

Strength class 10.9 and workmanship quality – why must wheel bolt be durable?
The answer is simple: the higher the strength class of the material from which the bolt is made, the higher its tensile strength and resistance to deformation.
In the automotive and aerospace industries, where safety is very important, bolt with higher strength classes are used. These bolt have been manufactured in strength class 10.9 , which guarantees excellent mechanical and physical properties - such as high tensile strength and high resistance to deformation. A lower value of this parameter may mean that the bolt could break or its thread could be damaged.
The strength classes of bolts in Poland are standardized by the PN-M-82084 standard, which distinguishes 10 strength classes (min. – 3.6, max. – 12.9). The higher the number, the stronger and harder the bolt is. This means you can be sure that bolt can be safely used for fitting wheels to your vehicle.
Galvanized mounting bolt
An important feature of bolts is their corrosion resistance. Galvanizing is a basic technique for protecting bolts against corrosion processes. The zinc layer applied to the surface creates a coating that protects steel against moisture, road salt and weather conditions. Our galvanized bolt offer a very good price-to-quality ratio.

Safe installation - practical tips from LadneFelgi.pl
➡ Wrench size for tightening bolts – 17.➡ Bolt are best tightened using a torque wrench, which ensures the correct clamping force. ➡ The wheel tightening torque recommended by the manufacturer can be found in the vehicle owner's manual. ➡ If bolts are tightened too weakly, this may cause steering wheel vibration. Ignoring this may lead to the bolts coming loose and the wheel falling off. ➡ If bolts are tightened too strongly, the thread may be damaged. ➡ Remember to tighten the wheels in a cross pattern to distribute the tightening force evenly. ➡ After driving 100 km, their tightening torque should be checked again to make sure the bolt have not loosened.
