The specification defines the quality system requirements for products in the field of design or development, production, installation and service in the automotive industry. The factories of the manufacturer RacingLine, where Haxer alloy wheels are produced, are certified in accordance with the international ISO quality management standards. Research and tests guarantee high-quality Haxer rims

The production process of Haxer alloy wheels ends with a cycle of research and testing. Only aluminum rims that have passed all of the following tests are placed on the market :
✅ corrosion resistance test,
✅ tensile test,
✅ verification of the centering hole - permissible tolerance up to 0.3mm,
✅ test of radial runout and dynamic balancing - permissible deviations are up to 0.5mm,
✅ diagnostics with an X-ray machine is performed for the integrity of the structure and the absence of microcracks,
✅ leak test,
✅ assessment of the varnish coating,
✅ strength test under load.

We offer a high-quality product, thanks to the use of a low-pressure casting method and the use of paints to finish the rims, which do not deteriorate during impact, are resistant to corrosion, and do not react with aggressive road substances. Applies to rims without polished elements - powder coated in a uniform color. Polished rims are not recommended for winter use by the manufacturer. We select alloy wheels according to the parameters of catalog manufacturers. For some car models or rims, it is necessary to use spacers , ampoule screws / nuts, which you can easily find in our store.

The risk of error is small, but before assembly, check that the rims fit the car, do not have deviations, do not rub against the suspension elements and do not protrude beyond the wheel arch. It is important to verify the goods BEFORE mounting the tires on the rims . Tire fitting is unnecessary and will prevent the correct diagnosis of the product. You should try on the alloy wheels on both axles of the vehicle. However, if you visit a service / workshop, inform the vulcanizer to perform the above activities first.
