MAGNETTO steel rims are characterized by high quality workmanship. The process of creating nibs is complex and multi-stage. Thanks to the use of an electrostatic painting method, i.e. powder coating, the rims easily passed tests performed in a salt chamber reflecting difficult weather and road conditions.

What is powder coating? Powder coating involves applying electrified powder paint particles to a conductive metal surface. The painted elements are heated to a temperature of 140-200°C, as a result of which the powder melts and polymerizes.

What are the advantages of powder coating? The resulting paint coating is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, high temperature and mechanical damage.

The production process of rims ends with a series of tests. Tests are carried out for each rim on an automated line:

✅ stretch test,
✅ radial runout (permissible deviations are up to 0.8mm) and dynamic balancing,
✅ corrosion resistance,
✅ diagnostics are performed using an X-ray machine for the integrity of the structure and the absence of micro-cracks,
✅ endurance under load,
✅ tightness,
✅ quality paint coating.

The above tests are carried out on 100% steel rim production.
Only rims that have passed all of the above-mentioned requirements are placed on the market. tests. Thanks to this, you can be sure that the products for sale are one hundred percent functional and proven.

After receiving your order, please check that your shipment contains all the products you purchased. The accessories can be glued to the bottom of the box or located in one of the four boxes.

At the very beginning, before installation, check whether the rims fit the car, do not have any deviations, do not rub against the suspension elements and do not protrude beyond the wheel arch. The nibs should be tried on both axles of the vehicle. It is important to verify the goods BEFORE mounting the tires on the rims. Tire installation is unnecessary and will prevent proper diagnosis of the product. If you visit a service/workshop, inform the tire fitter to perform the above activities first.

Please also remember that the hole diameter tolerance is 0.3 mm. The central opening narrows towards the outside. Only by pressing the screws on opposite sides will the rim be properly centered and the play removed.
