The manufacturer of Haxer alloy rims is RacingLine – current brand on the Polish market since 2008. Haxer rims are designedfor Premium cars. Alloy rims are characterized by high quality of workmanship, which is confirmed by ISO, VIA, JWL certificates and a long warranty period. At the production stage, each rim is subjected to detailed quality control and important tests: tensile tests, radial runout and dynamic balancing tests, tightness tests, corrosion resistance tests, structural integrity tests, assessment of paint coatings. Additionally, rim strength tests are carried out under load and increased pressure. Thanks to this, we are sure that 100% of the products we offer are of high quality.
Testing and research ensure high-quality alloy wheels
We offer a high-quality product, thanks to the use of low-pressure casting methods and the use of paints for rim finishing that do not deteriorate upon impact, are corrosion-resistant, and do not react with aggressive road substances. This applies to rims without polished elements - powder-coated in a uniform color. Polished rims are not recommended for use in winter by the manufacturer. Information about the finish can be found in the product parameters.
The production process of Haxer wheels ends with a series of tests, during which numerous tests are conducted. Only alloy wheels that have passed all the following tests are introduced to the market: ✅ tensile test ✅ radial and dynamic balancing test - with deviations up to 0,6 mm (PIMOT recommendations allow 0.8 mm) ✅ verification of the center hole - permissible tolerance up to 0,3 mm ✅ corrosion resistance test ✅ structural integrity and lack of micro-cracks are diagnosed using an X-ray machine ✅ leak test ✅ paint coating evaluation ✅ load-bearing capacity test
Certificate ISO/TS 16949
The specification defines the quality system requirements for products in the field of design or development, production, installation, and servicing in the automotive industry. Factories of the RacingLine manufacturer, where Haxer alloy wheels are manufactured, are certified according to international ISO quality management standards. Most of the production processes are fully automated. Thanks to the use of low-pressure casting method, the liquid metal precisely fills the mold. This minimizes the chance of air bubbles forming, which negatively affect the material's strength. Advanced low-pressure casting technologies combined with international automotive industry standards enable the production of reliable products – Haxer alloy wheels.

We select alloy wheels according to the manufacturer's catalog parameters. For some car models or wheels, it may be necessary to use spacers, and special bolts/nuts, which you can easily find in our store in the "Accessories" section.
The risk of error is minimal, but before installation, check whether the wheels fit your car, have no deviations, do not rub against suspension parts, and do not protrude beyond the fender. It is important to verify the goods BEFORE fitting the tires onto the wheels. Fitting tires is unnecessary and will prevent the correct diagnosis of the product. Alloy wheels should be fitted on both axles of the vehicle. However, if you visit a service/shop, inform the tire fitter to perform the above tasks first.
Accessories in one of the four boxes
Upon receiving your order, check if the package contains all the products you purchased. Caps and other accessories may be attached to the bottom of the box or be in one of the four boxes.
Tech specs:
The model:determines the appearance of the rim. By entering the model in the LadneFelgi.pl store search engine, you can search for rims in different colors and with other parameters.
Rim size: refers to the diameter of the rim given in inches (1 inch = 2.54 cm). The possible sizes are predetermined by the vehicle manufacturer. Using rims smaller than those specified by the manufacturer is not allowed.
Rim width: is measured between the rim flanges. The dimension is in inches. When choosing tires, take into account the width of the rim and the car manufacturer's recommendations.
Rear width: specifies the width of the rim mounted on the rear axle of the vehicle.
Wheel PCD: determines the number and spacing of mounting holes. This is the diameter of the circle with the centers of these mounting holes. The diameter of the circle is given in millimeters.
ET, offset: is not a strictly defined parameter, such as spacing. It depends on the width of the rim. ET is given in mm. The smaller the offset, the more the rim is, which increases the wheelbase, positively influencing the car's stability. The service book or ASO provides only the parameters of the currently installed rims.
Rear ET: indicates the offset of the wheel mounted on the rear axle of the vehicle.
Center bore: it is the dimension of the rim center hole diameter given in mm. If the car has a smaller hub diameter, centering rings are used. The ring is used to center the rim in relation to the car's hub. After screwing it, no force acts on it. It is a safe solution used by all rim manufacturers.
Color: determines the colors in which the offered item was made. Pictures are taken under natural lighting.
Certificates: confirm the compliance of the wheels with applicable quality and safety standards based on durability and quality tests. Some certificates, such as TÜV, additionally confirm that the wheels meet specific technical requirements related to compatibility with a particular vehicle model.
Aluminum wheel manufacturing technology: affects their strength, weight, and aesthetics. There are three main production methods:

Gravity casting – the most popular method, in which molten aluminum alloy is poured into a mold. It provides good quality and an affordable price, but the wheels are slightly heavier than those made with other technologies.

Low-pressure casting – an improved version of gravity casting, where the alloy is forced into the mold under pressure. This makes the wheels lighter and more durable.

Flow Forming – a technology combining casting with rolling, which increases strength and reduces weight, bringing the wheel’s parameters closer to forged models.

Forging – the most advanced technique, in which the wheel is formed under enormous pressure. Forged wheels are extremely light and strong but also the most expensive.
Load capacity: indicates the maximum load in kilograms for a single wheel of the vehicle.
4 identical: the set consists of 4 identical rims, suitable for installation on all wheels of the vehicle.
Mixed: the set includes 2 rims intended for the front axle and 2 for the rear, taking into account possible differences in ET parameters or rim width.
Mixed option: on the front axle of the vehicle we have a different rim/tire width and offset (ET) compared to the rear axle. This is a solution used by car manufacturers such as BMW (x-drive), Porsche, and Mercedes (4matic). For larger wheel sizes such as 21 or 22, the car manufacturer usually provides only the mixed option. For smaller sizes – as a winter option – 4 identical.
The working shape of the screw head, must correspond to the shape of the mounting hole made in the rim. We distinguish between spherical( spherical), conical or flat sockets for flat rim holes. The standard is a cone with an angle of 60 degrees
TPMS Sensors - the parameter determines whether the TPMS pressure sensors can be used with a given rim.
